"Assembly was okay, just took me longer than expected"
Putting it together wasn’t exactly hard, but it definitely took more time than I thought it would. I figured I’d be done quickly, maybe in a short afternoon kind of way, but I ended up spending longer on it because a few steps needed more attention than I expected. Nothing was completely confusing or impossible, just one of those assemblies where you keep checking the instructions to make sure you’re not putting something on backwards. Overall, it was fine, but I’d definitely give yourself extra time if you’re planning to set it up.

I ordered it and, i kind of lost track of the days, but it showed up around when I expected it to. Everything was there, nothing missing, and it was exactly what I ordered. No complaints

"Decent car, but the battery could be better"
We got the ride-on car from kidswheels.com and my kid has been having a good time with it overall. It drives fine at first, but the battery starts to fade a little sooner than I thought it would, so playtime feels kind of cut short.
The charging time is also long, which gets annoying if we forget to plug it in ahead of time. That part feels avoidable, especially for the price. It’s not a bad purchase, I just wish the battery lasted longer and charged faster.

"Return went fine, but the refund took a bit"
I ended up returning my order, and the return process itself was straightforward. I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected, so I had to be a little patient.

"Found the parts super easily!"
My son’s ride-on car needed a new charger and a rear wheel, and I really thought it was going to be a hassle to track them down. Kidswheels.com had both parts right there, and ordering was simple :) They showed up in a few days, fit perfectly, and now the car is back in action. So glad I didn’t have to buy a whole new one!

"Good deal for the price"
I bought my kid a ride-on car from here, and the price was way better than what I was seeing on other sites. Some of those prices were ridiculous. This one has been working fine so far, and for what I paid, I’m happy with it

"Customer service did get back to me and..."
Customer service did get back to me and they helped sort things out in the end, but the replies were really slow. Every time I messaged, it took a couple of days to hear anything, and there wasn’t really any follow-up unless I reached out again. It worked out, but the whole process felt kind of frustrating.

"Felt safe enough for my kid"
I don’t get the complaints some people have. The brake works well, it feels sturdy, and I felt comfortable letting my kid use it. That’s really what matters to me

"Looks good, but the wheels worry me"
I liked the look of it right away, which is why I bought it in the first place. It fits in nicely and doesn’t look cheap. But after using it for a little while, the wheels started getting loose fast. Not sure if I just got unlucky or if that’s how it’s built, but it makes the whole thing feel less sturdy than I expected. So yeah, nice to look at, but I wouldn’t call it super durable

"Shipping was fine, just slow"
Got my order. Everything was okay. Shipping took a few days longer than I thought it would. Tracking worked, but updates were kinda slow. Not bad. Could be better.

"My order from KidsWheels actually got here faster..."
My order from KidsWheels actually got here faster than I expected, and the box looked good when it arrived. Everything inside was packed really well, like really well, with no dents, nothing broken, and no missing parts. I was a little nervous since it was a kids ride-on toy, but it showed up totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with how the delivery and packaging turned out.

My kid has been riding this around nonstop since we got it. We’ve tried a few similar things in the past that didn’t hold their attention for long, but this one seems to be a hit so far...
